She has investment opportunities for the beginning investor with limited resources to the more seasoned real estate veteran looking to expand. This is a powerful group and Janet has already helped many local investors purchase valuable properties to grow their portfolios! Janet's heart is to help people who are hard working who never thought they would have these opportunities or be able to make this kind of return on their investments.      Curt is also someone with a passion for real estate investing which is why he resigned from his position as Technical Operations Manager for a large telecom company to return to his first business love - real estate investing. Curt began his adult life studying business administration and real estate in college and now, together with his wife Janet, Curt has founded OverJordan LLC a real estate investment company. He and Janet have formed a strategic alliance with Adam Sachs and Ryan Harris in the nationwide investment group “The Investor Ring” and now have many investor clients and associates, all pursuing their dreams of financial independence through real estate investing. One of Curt’s driving passions is to inspire and teach people how to reach their financial goals using real estate investing as an important tool to those ends. Curt also hopes to inspire people to use their financial success to bless others and enjoy life’s most important things like faith, family and friends.

     Pam is a professional business woman with a passion for Real Estate. She enjoys assisting her clients in reaching their financial goals through real estate. Pam has been selling real estate for the last 8 years for Coldwell Banker and also has been an investor in real estate for the last 5 years. Pam bought her first home at age 21. She has a passion to help others realize their dreams through real estate, "Changing Lives...One Investment at a Time." Pam is there to help the first time investor and the most advanced investor, taking them through each step of the process. Pam is the mother of 4 children, Brandon, age 25, Stacy, age 23, Dylan, age 18, and Cloe age 11. (Cloe was adopted into our family at age 2). Pam has a Bachelors Degree from Stanislaus State University in Liberal Studies and is a credentialed teacher that taught for 4 years of 4th grade before she was a Realtor. Pam enjoys spending time with her family in the beautiful place that she lives in, Sonora, CA near Yosemite and her beach house at Capitola by the Sea, CA.

Greg Holly

Greg has been in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. For the last 7 years, he has been a Structured Wiring/Smart Home/Home Automation Contractor. Greg knows the value of investing in real estate, since he bought his first home at the age of 21 and his first investment property, a rental property 2 years later. He and his wife Pam have bought and sold 14 properties, including a beach property (triplex) in Capitola, California. Now, with the guidence of Adam and Ryan of Green Light Realty, and the Investor Ring, he is ready to sell his contarcting business, and work full time buying and selling these great opportunities that God has brought our way. Greg enjoys his family life and riding his Harley. These investments allow him the precious time to have more fun in life with his family!
